Word Quilt: Stitch & Spell
A word puzzle game for iPhone and iPad
Swipe letters on a wheel to fill a crossword. Each puzzle you solve stitches a patch onto a hand-drawn scene. Finish a scene and you have a postcard from that place, then you move on to the next one.
The journey
- 41 destinations, each a scene that fills in patch by patch as you play.
- Over a thousand levels, built from curated word lists. Everyone plays the same journey, and every board can be solved.
- Every scene is drawn in code, which is how the patches can stitch into it.
How it plays
- There are no timers and no lives. Nothing expires and nothing locks you out.
- Words you find that aren't in the crossword still earn a reward.
- Progress backs up to iCloud through your Apple ID, with no account to create.
- There are optional ads and a small shop, and nothing is locked behind either.
