Common questions

Does my progress sync between devices?

Yes. Your save is backed up automatically to iCloud using your Apple ID — no account, no sign-up. Install Word Quilt on another device signed into the same Apple ID and your quilt picks up where it left off. (Requires iCloud enabled for Word Quilt in Settings.)

My progress is gone.

Reinstall the app on a device signed into your Apple ID and the iCloud backup restores automatically. If it doesn't, email us before starting over.

I bought Remove Ads / a fabric and it didn't arrive.

Purchases restore automatically on first launch. If the banner persists, force-quit the app and reopen it once — and if it still doesn't take, email us with the date of purchase.

I have a word to suggest, or one that shouldn't have counted.

Please tell us — this is genuinely how the word list improves. Open Settings and tap Suggest a word · Report a problem, which fills in your app version for us.

Are there forced ads?

Rewarded videos are always opt-in. The banner can be removed permanently with a one-time purchase.

I'm in the UK or the EU and want to change my ad consent.

Open Settings and tap Privacy options to reopen the consent form and change your answer.
