This policy covers Idle Tavern: Dungeon Delvers, an idle game by Had Games, and the data it handles.

Your game data

There are no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. Your tavern, roster, relics and Echoes are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, a copy is also stored in your own iCloud account so you can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling. We can't access that copy. The game never asks for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.

Analytics

To understand how the game is played and improve it, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics. It collects anonymous usage information: gameplay events (for example, finishing the tutorial, unlocking a dungeon floor, session length and which screens were viewed), basic device information (model, operating system version and country) and a random identifier for each install that is not linked to your identity.

We only look at totals, such as how many players reached floor six. We don't use this to identify anyone or to build advertising profiles. Google describes how it handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You never have to watch an ad: every ad in the game is one you choose.

On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission using Apple's standard prompt:

• If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized using your device's advertising identifier.
• If you decline, ads are not personalized and no cross-app identifier is used.

The game works the same either way.

In the UK and the European Economic Area, including Ireland, Google's consent form appears before any ads are requested. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy options.

To serve and measure ads, Google may process technical information about your device, such as an advertising identifier, IP address and general usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

Feedback

The in-game "Send feedback" option opens your own mail app. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and we only receive what you write, plus the app version noted in the draft. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the game.

Children

Idle Tavern is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
